1. A new BPiaB liner will be used every single time the pool is laboured or birthed in - this is the only way to ensure highest levels of hygene and safety, it also strengthens the pools so they last far longer.
2. Liners are bought from Water Birth Israel directly
3. Pumps are purchased from Water Birth Israel directly
4. You may use the repair kit provided with the pool. For any repairs that you cannot manage Water Birth Israel will request that you send the pool back and either we will fix and return it or send you a replacement.
5. Warranty on pools for first 40 uses through Birth Pool in a Box
